INTRODUCTION
Wedged between Michael Eavis’ Worthy Farm (to the north), the Pyramid Stage (to the south), Big Ground (to the east) and Hawkwell (to the west) – Row Mead is a relatively small camping field compared to the rest.
Its very close proximity to the main arena makes it particularly popular with those who like to spend the majority of their time at and around the Pyramid Stage area, as you are literally positioned at its doorstep, so to speak.
Try to avoid setting up your tent at the bottom of this field (close to the pathway) as it can get extremely busy and will see dust turns to mud if and when it starts raining. Also, do keep in mind that this field tends to fill up rather quickly from the early hours of the Wednesday.
The fastest access point to this field is from Gate B, while Gate C is your second best bet.
SUMMARY
If there are more than 10 acts playing the Pyramid you’re planning to see, Row Mead has your name written all over it.
