Spring Ground campsite at Glastonbury Festival

Spring Ground

Spring Ground is Glastonbury’s Accessible Camping area and is reserved for the disabled and their carers. It has concrete ramps at the entrance to the field, making wheelchair access easier than most other camping sites.

In addition to welcoming campervans & caravans for its disabled visitors, this field also boasts charging facilities for mobility scooters and a “high-dependency” unit, which can give people with serious illnesses access to sterile toilets, washing and medical facilities.

Note that early registration is a must in order to be eligible to camp here, and for those wanting to use any of the other onsite Access Facilities or the PA scheme. More info on this can be found here.

As part of the camping changes introduced for 2023, the accessible camping area was expanded into the lower part of the adjacent Wicket Ground (as seen in the map below).
