Buddha Bowls first started serving their signature Bowls at Glastonbury Festival in 2011 — Every bowl contains Massaman Curry with New Potato; Pineapple and Soya Chunks; Carrot and homemade Kimchi Pickle; Flash-steamed Kale with Himalayan pink salt; Organic Shortgrain Brown Rice; Omega Seed sprinkle; and Grilled halloumi (optional). Along with the Vegan version, there is also an option for a Vegetarian option with Halloumi, as well as Naturally Wheat and Gluten Free — made of the highest quality organic produce wherever possible.
