Glastonbury Festival asks goers not to post photos of their tickets online

Please take note

Festival-goers attending Glastonbury 2019 have been warned not to share photos of their tickets online.

Following Glastonbury’s full line-up and stage times announcement, and with tickets being dispatched and making their way to Glasto-goers – the Festival’s organisers have now issued a warning to avoid scams by fraudsters and to prevent fake tickets being sold.

Taking to Twitter, Glastonbury wrote: “Tickets for this year’s Festival are being sent out over the next couple of weeks,” whilst urging fans to use SeeTickets’ tracking service.

They added: “When you do receive your tickets PLEASE DO NOT post photos of them online.”

Meanwhile, recent weeks have seen the Festival share individual bills for the separate stages and areas – each containing newly added surprises for this year’s Worthy Farm event.

Glastonbury 2019 is set to be headlined by Stormzy, The Killers and The Cure with the likes of Tame Impala, Miley Cyrus, George Ezra and Kylie Minogue also on the bill.

Glastonbury 2019 runs between June 26 and 30 at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset.
