Barbour in partnership with Oxfam is giving fans the chance to win tickets to this year’s Glastonbury Festival!

In a post shared on social media this morning (Monday, 24th March), the lifestyle clothing brand said it is “heading back to the farm with Oxfam Festivals” this summer while giving fans the chance to win 2 tickets to Glastonbury 2025, and 2 re-loved Barbour waxed jackets.

All you need to do to be in with a winning chance is simply order an Oxfam donation bag (via this link) and donate your old Barbour (plus anything else that needs a new home) by midnight on the 14th of April 2025 — More details below.

By donating your well-worn Barbour waxed jacket as part of this competition, you’re giving it a new life and the opportunity to be Re-loved by the Barbour team.

Your donated jacket will be repaired and upcycled by Barbour, turning it into a bespoke Re-loved jacket which will go on to be sold by Oxfam in shops, online, and at festivals — with all proceeds going towards projects fighting poverty around the world.

🗳 How to enter:

If you have a Barbour waxed jacket you’re ready to part with, here’s how you can donate it and enter the competition to win Glastonbury tickets and 2 Re-loved Barbour jackets:

  1. Order Your Postal Bag: Start by ordering your postal bag. Once you have submitted the form Oxfam will send you a bounce-back email with a unique reference number, to make sure we can track your entry. You will receive your postal bag within 2 to 3 days of ordering.
  2. Send Your Jacket and Donations: Once you’ve received your postal bag, please add your unique reference number in the top left-hand corner of the leaflet Oxfam sent to you along with your postal bag and return it to them in the same bag as your Barbour waxed jacket. If you have other items to donate — please include them too.
  3. Wait for the Draw: After you’ve sent in your eligible Barbour waxed jacket, your entry will be entered into the draw! The competition closes on Tuesday 22nd April. If you’ve won, Oxfam will let you within 2 days of the closing date.

Ticket Opportunities

The Glastonbury 2025 Autumn ticket sales took place last November with the introduction of a new queueing system, which saw Ticket Plus Coach Travel packages and General Admission tickets sell out within 32 minutes and 40 minutes, respectively.

In addition to the upcoming ticket re-sales (expected to go on sale in the spring), some other opportunities for getting to Glastonbury include volunteering and working at the Festival, as well as entering competitions (once those options make themselves available).

Along with Barbour & Oxfam, the ‘Official Cider’ of Glastonbury Festival for 2025, Brother Cider, also announced a ticket competition of their own, giving fans the chance to win one of 5 pairs of tickets to this year’s event.

Some other chances for winning tickets in previous years included opportunities from The Guardian, Vodafone, Time Out, White Claw, Tony’s Chocolonely & Oxfam, Chilly’s, Hunter Boots, Co-op & Brooklyn Pilsner, and more.

The sold-out Glastonbury Festival is set to return this summer and runs from the 25th to the 29th of June 2025 in Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset.

⚠️ Bogus Operators

Glastonbury Festival would very much like fans to be aware that there are people out there who will try and sell fake Glastonbury tickets to unsuspecting, willing and innocent potential purchasers. Although Glasto-veterans who have been going to the Festival for quite some time may recognise these scams for what they are, newcomers might not.

Please do not risk falling victim to touts, bogus operators or fake promotions / contests. If you have doubts about any company offering tickets, accommodation or competitions to access Glastonbury Festival, please get in touch with the Festival office – And as always, remember that tickets are sold only on one site, which is glastonbury.seetickets.com

Latest Line-up

Earlier this month, the Acoustic Stage was (once again) the first of many areas and stages to reveal its dedicated line-up ahead of this year’s Festival — adding another 29 acts and artists to the ever-growing bill.

The Acoustic Stage announcement followed the revelation of Glastonbury’s first line-up poster for 2025, which revealed that the previously-announced Neil Young would be taking the Pyramid Stage with his live band The Chrome Hearts on Saturday night — headlining alongside The 1975 and Olivia Rodrigo on Friday and Sunday, respectively.

In January, Neil Young was announced as the first headliner for Glastonbury 2025 after he initially pulled out of the festival due to it being “a corporate turn-off”. The Canadian-born singer, songwriter icon said: “We were told that BBC was now a partner in Glastonbury and wanted us to do a lot of things in a way we were not interested in.”

However, Young then backtracked on these remarks shortly afterwards, acknowledging that there had been “an error in the information received”. “Happily, the festival is now back on our itinerary and we look forward to playing! Hope to see you there!” he wrote.

Meanwhile, Rod Stewart was announced for this year’s coveted Legend Slot late last year, while Nile Rodgers accidentally let it slip that he and Chic are set for a performance at Glastonbury 2025.

Other prominent acts who have self-confirmed before the official line-up announcement in early March included Lola Young, who confirmed she’ll be back at Worthy Farm this summer while being interviewed on the red carpet at the BRIT Awards 2025, and Drum & bass pioneer Goldie also confirmed his return to Pilton after revealing he’ll be back at Glasto this June with his live show for a performance at The Glade.

The first line-up poster is usually revealed around the beginning of March, followed by the full line-up announcement sometime at the end of May (and a string of individual area line-up announcements in between). That said, many artists ‘self-confirm’ before the official announcements by divulging the news via interviews, social media or website listings to accompany the ever-growing rumours.

The recent announcements are just the first run of acts in a string of many more to come, with organisers promising that so many more artists, stages and performance areas are set to be announced in the coming months.
