With Glastonbury 2025 just weeks away, the BBC has unveiled its most ambitious coverage yet — a two-month celebration of the legendary festival that promises to bring every unforgettable moment straight to music fans across the UK. From landmark live sets on the Pyramid Stage to behind-the-scenes exclusives and family-friendly fun, this year’s offering spans television, radio, iPlayer, BBC Sounds and beyond.

The BBC’s announcement follows Glastonbury’s reveal of its full 2025 line-up, including stage times, on Tuesday (3 June) — giving ticket-holders the chance to plan their festival schedule, and fans at home time to organise their BBC viewing and listening plans.

Returning to Worthy Farm in Pilton from 26 to 30 June, the iconic festival is set to feature over 3,000 performances across dozens of stages. Headliners The 1975, Neil Young, and Olivia Rodrigo lead a standout lineup in what promises to be a landmark year — especially with a planned hiatus on the horizon for 2026.

📺 All Eyes on Glastonbury: TV & iPlayer Take Centre Stage

Whether you’re heading to Worthy Farm or watching from your sofa, BBC iPlayer will be the ultimate destination for live Glastonbury coverage. With over 90 hours of performances from the festival’s five main stages — Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Woodsies, and The Park — fans can stream the music they love all weekend long. In a major bonus, performances from the Pyramid Stage will be available in Ultra High Definition, with British Sign Language support ensuring wider accessibility.

To set the mood early, the Glastonbury Hits Channel is already live on iPlayer, serving up iconic performances from festivals past — available 24/7 until the action kicks off on Friday 27 June. Then, as the main event begins, the Glastonbury Channel returns for a third year, running from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 June from 12pm until late, hosted by a stellar line-up including Clara Amfo, Huw Stephens, Jamz Supernova, Jo Whiley, Jack Saunders and Lauren Laverne. Expect a curated stream of live performances, special guests, and unforgettable festival moments.

For those catching up, the Glastonbury Highlights Channel will run from Friday evening through to Wednesday 30 July, showcasing standout performances and memorable moments. New this year, daily Recap shows and five feature-length highlight compilations will be available for a full 12 months on iPlayer, giving fans ample opportunity to relive the magic.
