Left Field is the eleventh area to reveal its line-up poster for Glastonbury 2025, after the Glade did so just yesterday (30th April), and Glasto Latino the day before that (29th April).
This year’s edition of the festival is set to take place from 25th to 29th June at Worthy Farm in Somerset, which comes ahead of a scheduled fallow year in 2026, after tickets originally sold out in November [2024], with two final resale opportunities offered last month.

The initial line-up poster, revealed in early March, confirmed that The 1975 and Olivia Rodrigo will join Neil Young as headliners on the iconic Pyramid Stage. In an announcement made in late 2024, it was also revealed that Rod Stewart will perform in the coveted Sunday Legend Slot.
Other line-up posters already released include Woodsies (24th April), Kidzfield (22nd April), Shangri-La (16th April), Croissant Neuf (9th April), Silver Hayes (3rd April), West Holts (27th March), Field of Avalon (25th March), and Acoustic Stage, which was the first area to be announced for the 2025 Festival on the 22nd of March.
Announcing the line-up for Glastonbury’s politically-focused Left Field area this morning (1st May), Glasto organisers said: “This year’s Left Field programme is here, with live music, panels and round-ups to help recharge your activism in 2025.”
Co-founded by Billy Bragg and Juliet Wills in 2000, Left Field was set up with the aim of encouraging progressive political thinking and action among festival-goers.
This year’s bill features a mix of thought-provoking talks and live performances from artists including Lambrini Girls, Kate Nash, Glasto-staple Billy Bragg, and many more — as shown below.

On Friday, 27th June, Billy Bragg will take to the stage as the headline act. He’ll be joined by performers such as The Meffs, Gurriers, Jasmine.4.T, and Antony Szmierek. The day’s panel discussions will tackle topics like “What’s Next For The Left?” and “Feminism in the Age of the Manosphere.”
Saturday, 28th June, will see Kate Nash headline the stage, alongside acts like Girlband!, Chloe Slater, The Guest List, and Lambrini Girls. Discussions that day will include “Confronting the Rise of the Far Right” and “Saving the Planet Without Leaving Workers Behind.”
On Sunday, the 29th of June, the stage will welcome The Halfway Kid, Du Blonde, Red Rum Club, Reverend and the Makers, and Grandson. Talks will explore “How to Fix the Crisis of Care” and “Disability Cuts: The Fight Back.”

Lineup News
As mentioned above, the first announcement line-up poster was revealed earlier this year (6th March), in which it confirmed that headliners The 1975, Neil Young, and Olivia Rodrigo will all be taking to the iconic Pyramid Stage on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th, and Sunday 29th of June, respectively.
Rod Stewart was also announced as this year’s Sunday afternoon tea-time Legends slot performer. Other names featured in the ever-growing bill include Loyle Carner, Charli XCX, Biffy Clyro, The Maccabees, Lucy Dacus, Father John Misty, RAYE, Wolf Alice, The Prodigy, Doechii, St. Vincent, Gary Numan, Deftones, Scissor Sisters, The Libertines, Wet Leg — and first-time appearances from Alanis Morissette, Doechii and En Vogue.
Going by previous years, we can expect the full line-up announcement sometime at the end of May / beginning of June, with a string of individual area line-up announcements to continue to drop in between.
That said, there are many artists who ‘self-confirm’ before the official announcements by divulging the news via interviews, social media or website listings to accompany the ever-growing Glasto rumours.

Build Progress
Meanwhile, with each passing day, in preparation for this year’s highly anticipated event, Worthy Farm is looking more and more like the world-famous Glastonbury Festival we all know and love.
The iconic Pyramid Stage finally began to get dressed last month (10th April), after the covers (which were dropped off days earlier and lying on the ground beside the iconic structure) were raised and cloaked over the Port side of the pyramid skeleton, as seen in the visual post below.
With gates to the public on the 25th of June, and as more containers carrying equipment continue to arrive on-site intermittently, we can expect the build to grow in intensity as more iconic stages and venues come to life once again to create the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world.
You can now continue following the build via the BBC Glastonbury webcam, here.

Ticket Opportunities
The final batch of General Admission tickets for the 2025 Glastonbury Festival sold out in just 19 minutes earlier this month, after going on sale at 9am on Sunday, 27th April.
Keeping with tradition, only pre-registered buyers could access the online sales as part of Glastonbury’s continued drive against ticket touting.
Hundreds of thousands of Glasto-fans were up bright and early, ready at their computer screens in the second of two ticket resales for the chance of buying tickets for Glastonbury 2025 — after tickets completely sold out when they originally went up for sale last November.
Last November saw the first main wave of tickets, which included tickets packaged with coach travel selling out in just 32 minutes, before General Admission tickets were all snapped up in 35 minutes.

Along with the recently announced Tony’s Chocolonely ticket competition allowing fans to win 5 pairs of tickets to this year’s Glastonbury Festival, there are currently 4 other competitions running for the chance of winning Glastonbury 2025 tickets — including Co-op, Vodafone, Clipper Teas, and Brotheres Cider, who have once again been confirmed as the ‘Official Cider’ of Glastonbury Festival for 2025.

⚠️ Bogus Operators
Glastonbury Festival would like fans to be aware that there are people out there who will try to sell fake Glastonbury tickets to unsuspecting, willing and innocent potential purchasers. Although Glasto-veterans who have been going to the Festival for quite some time may recognise these scams for what they are, newcomers might not.
Please do not risk falling victim to touts, bogus operators or fake promotions / contests. If you have doubts about any company offering tickets, accommodation or competitions to access Glastonbury Festival, please get in touch with the Festival office – and as always, remember: tickets are sold only on one site, which is glastonbury.seetickets.com
