WaterAid is an international not-for-profit organisation fighting to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere.
Following the ban of single-use plastic water bottles and the tripling of the number of WaterAid kiosks across the site for this year’s festival – The charity, which has strong links to the Worthy Farm event, is taking their biggest ever team of volunteers to Glastonbury this year – with positions ranging from refilling punters’ water bottles and cleaning toilets to litter picking and explaining how to use SheWees.
Applications to volunteer with WaterAid at Glastonbury 2019 have closed back in February, but you could always try and apply for 2020.[irp posts=”5792″ name=”More Glastonbury 2019 line-ups to be released over next couple of weeks””]
