‘Peace on the Farm’, peace sign event, is open to all attendees at Glastonbury 2017, and is set to take place at Worthy Farm’s Stone Circle
Following last month’s bombing in Manchester, and the more recent terror attack in London just days ago, which claimed the lives of 7 innocent members of the public (with over 40 injured confirmed at the time of writing these words), Glastonbury-goers plan to come together in a unique effort to unify and promote world peace through a genuine Glasto-style tribute on the Farm.
Organisers of what they appropriately titled ‘Peace on the Farm’ have created a Facebook event which reads: “In light of recent events, we invite you to come together hand in hand in an attempt to break the world record and create the largest ever human peace sign as a symbol of our unity and love for one another on Worthy Farm”.
The ‘Peace on the Farm’ event is open to all attendees at Glastonbury 2017, and is set to take place at Worthy Farm’s Stone Circle at 12 PM on first day of the festival (Thursday 22nd June).
